If a student or parent wishes to cancel their session, they must do so at least 48 hours prior to the session. If the student or parent notifies before the 48 hour deadline, they will not be charged for the session (an hour will not be taken out of the package). If the student or parent notifies after the 48 hour deadline, they will still be charged for the session (an hour will be taken out of the package).
If a student is 30 minutes late or more for the session, they will still be charged for the full session (an hour will be taken out of the package).
If a student fails to show up for a session, they will still be charged for the session (an hour will be taken out of the package).
If a student misses 3 or more sessions in a row, the student may be dismissed from the program.
There can and will be exceptions made in special circumstances such as internet/computer problems, or a medical emergency.
Payment must either be paid in full prior to the first session or made weekly. If you decide to do weekly payments, they must be paid the Friday before the next scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in a cancelled session for the week.
There will be homework assigned to the student after each session, if the student consistently fails to complete the homework assignments, it may result in dismissal from the program. We only will be meeting 1 hour a week, so it is imperative that the student complete work outside of sessions!
